What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day construction activities through completion and turnover
• build and maintain schedules and look-ahead plans
• plan labor, materials, selections, approvals, and information
• coordinate subcontractors and field meetings
• track procurement and long-lead materials
• monitor budgets, costs, change orders, allowances, and forecasts
• review bids and change requests
• coordinate design and consultant documents
• identify plan conflicts and constructability issues
• inspect work and drive punch-list completion
• maintain project records
• update leadership and communicate with clients, design professionals, inspectors, and trade partners.
