Lead Project Controls Analyst (Cost Controls)

The role supports American Real Estate Partners and its PowerHouse Data Centers division, which develops and owns data centers. The lead analyst governs project and portfolio financial analysis, controls, and reporting for complex capital projects. The role strengthens financial forecasting, change management, schedule visibility, and executive decision-making while mentoring project controls staff and coordinating across project management, accounting, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Govern budgets, forecasts, and draw schedules
• standardize ETC, EAC, and S-curve analysis
• review and present executive variance analysis
• optimize project controls systems and data governance
• review complex change orders and invoices
• govern change control and contract ledgers
• prepare audit and tax-structure documentation
• direct schedule controls and reporting frameworks
• standardize work breakdown structures
• mentor analysts and specialists.
