The Mid-Level Applied Behavior Analysis Clinician (BCBA Candidate) role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with part-time and full-time schedules available. Compensation is $30 per hour. The clinician supports House of Hearts ABA’s Clinical Operations department under the supervision of a Clinical Director or supervising BCBA. The role provides supervised clinical and operational support as a bridge toward BCBA practice. It assists with assessments, treatment planning, protocol modification preparation, documentation, case management, quality assurance, client startup, and recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians, while final clinical decisions remain with the supervising BCBA.

What you'll do

• Assist with assessments, caregiver interviews, observations, data analysis, and draft reports
• prepare treatment-plan and protocol-modification materials for BCBA review
• support case management, clinical documentation, insurance authorization materials, quality assurance, client startup, and clinical operations
• coordinate assessment scheduling and deadlines
• assist with RBT recruiting and onboarding.
