What you'll do

• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• maintain exterior grounds through landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and outdoor upkeep
• inspect and maintain facility equipment including elevators, generators, and fire safety systems
• manage maintenance supplies and tools
• coordinate with other departments on maintenance issues and resident requests
• safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and other destinations.
