What you'll do

• Support classroom routines such as circle time, story time, snack, outdoor play, and rest time
• assist with lesson planning and curriculum implementation
• supervise children during transitions, group play, and activities
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom aligned with state licensing regulations
• encourage independence and social interaction
• observe and document behavior and milestones
• collaborate with teachers and staff.
