What you'll do

• Coordinate Saturday operations, appointments, schedules, arrivals, and drop-offs
• review completed repair orders and overnight drop-offs
• support service advisors with customer updates
• dispatch drivers using internal tools
• monitor vehicle movement and handoffs
• receive, inspect, verify, and enter parts into Tekmetric
• label and stage parts by repair order
• update part statuses
• consolidate and submit invoices
• close out schedules, confirm appointments, leave notes, and organize the workspace for the next business day.
