What you'll do
- Oversee timely recertifications and verify move-in files against applicable program requirements
- supervise and guide Affordable Housing Associates
- maintain applicant waiting lists and recertification trackers
- run Yardi reports and coordinate completion plans
- ensure utility allowances and program increases are filed accurately and on time
- lead compliance work involving recertifications, rent registrations, and lease renewals
- prepare subsidy paperwork and agency reports
- support audits
- maintain audit-ready files
- liaise with ownership, agencies, and managers
- and respond to tenant inquiries in accordance with fair-housing requirements.
