Staff Attorney — Hybrid or Remote in Texas

What you'll do

• Provide legal services, advice, referrals, compensation support, representation, and self-help guidance
• advise clients through legal phone lines
• obtain protective and other court orders
• draft pleadings and provide limited representation
• coordinate victim advocacy and post-arrest legal support
• deliver trainings to stakeholders. Some statewide travel and occasional irregular hours, including weekends, are required.
