Senra Systems develops software-configured electrical wire harness manufacturing and is building a dedicated Production Engineering function. This player-coach role establishes the function’s day-to-day operations, leads and develops Production Engineers, and serves as the technical bridge between production and manufacturing engineering. It supports reliable production execution through troubleshooting, quality dispositions, first-article reviews, material-flow oversight, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and develop Production Engineers
• set expectations and escalation paths
• serve as senior technical escalation point for production issues, NCR dispositions, and first-article reviews
• maintain a hands-on floor presence
• approve PE dispositions
• coordinate documentation issues with Manufacturing Engineering
• track NCR performance and corrective actions
• partner with Quality
• oversee kit verification
• report team metrics
• define workflows and lead process improvements.
