What you'll do

• Analyze Jira and Confluence configurations and identify workflow improvements
• administer Jira, Confluence, ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, accounts, permissions, and plugins
• perform backups, re-indexes, patching, upgrades, and testing
• build dashboards, filters, automation, and reports
• support migrations, consolidations, and integrations
• maintain security and governance
• document configurations and processes
• train and advise teams
• and align Jira processes with Agile practices.
