What you'll do

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
• provide small-group or one-on-one instruction using varied teaching methods
• assess student progress and adjust instruction
• collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other team members
• communicate with families and caregivers about progress and support recommendations
• and participate in school and community activities promoting social skills and inclusion.
