Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in Boise, ID. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. Franklin Building Supply is a 100% employee-owned lumber and building materials company serving professional home builders. This role handles incoming and outgoing materials and supplies, supporting production flow through accurate receiving, inventory records, organized storage, and timely preparation of finished cabinets and components for shipment.

What you'll do

• Unload incoming shipments
• inspect materials and verify packing slips
• report discrepancies
• record received goods and update inventory logs
• move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts
• organize storage areas
• wrap, label, and palletize finished cabinets and components
• prepare and verify bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
• check shipment quantity and quality
• coordinate priorities and logistics with supervisors and team members
• maintain a safe, clean work area
• participate in cross-training.
