What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees
• Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, and reporting cycles
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Tax departments
• Oversee payroll tax filings and year-end reporting
• Monitor payroll legislation and ensure compliance
• Lead payroll audits and internal controls
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries
• Manage, mentor, and develop payroll team members
• Drive payroll process improvements through automation
• Develop and maintain payroll reporting and analytics.
