Fitness Coach

The Fitness Coach role is onsite in Brielle, NJ. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. The position is with The Exercise Coach and delivers one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction. The coach guides clients through personalized workouts, tracks progress, and provides exercise and healthy-habit guidance to support client goals and the studio’s stated mission of helping clients achieve strength goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations
• assess goals and fitness levels
• lead one-on-one and small-group sessions using Exerbotics equipment
• coach proper form, motivation, and safety
• track and record fitness progress
• provide guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits
• recommend and sell memberships and session packages
• build client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
