Fleet Coordinator

What you'll do

• Track vehicle availability and maintenance
• review and authorize vendor repairs
• coordinate with service providers, customers, and internal teams
• maintain fleet records, tracking spreadsheets, and unit calendars
• prepare paperwork for timely invoicing
• ensure applicable customer rebilling
• and provide occasional hands-on support with vehicle movement, staging, cleaning, and readiness.
