Job overview
The Behavior Technician is a part-time, onsite role based in Sterling, VA. This position supports Proud Moments ABA in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum. The role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment in a home-based setting. The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavioral plans, collect data, and support families in achieving positive developmental outcomes.
What you'll do
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA, collect data to monitor progress, support BCBA with family training, and maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
