What you'll do

• Ensure clinical program compliance with CARF and applicable policies
• assess clinical training needs
• supervise clinical teammates
• review treatment documentation
• present seminars and counseling when necessary
• assist staff with treatment difficulties and planning
• support staff development
• monitor clinical program areas and interact with patients
• maintain confidentiality
• communicate with leadership and community partners
• maintain a caseload when needed for census purposes.

Why this role

The role covers two outpatient offices and requires travel up to 15% as needed. Normal operating hours are Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with rotating Saturdays, 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
