What you'll do

• Inspect hotel operating systems and components
• respond to guest concerns and report resolution
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs or recommend repairs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, building components, and furnishings
• maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas
• complete guest-room maintenance schedules
• perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, and carpet cleaning as needed
• maintain supplies, storage, shop, and mechanical areas
• follow hotel safety and security procedures.
