What you'll do

• Review foreclosure complaints
• prepare motions for default and summary judgment
• handle discovery, final judgment hearings, and trials
• work on uncontested cases
• support foreclosure sales, evictions, creditor bankruptcy matters, and real estate closings as applicable.
