What you'll do

• Assist in creating and implementing IEPs and behavior management plans for students with special needs.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators to support student growth.
• Provide counseling and support to foster students' personal and emotional development, acting as a liaison between home and school.
