What you'll do

• Direct daily operations across assigned Meineke locations and ensure consistent performance and compliance with company standards. Manage, coach, and evaluate Shop Managers and staff. Drive revenue and profitability through oversight of sales, inventory, costs, and expenses. Monitor productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Make staffing, hiring, scheduling, and performance decisions
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• ensure company and regulatory compliance
