What you'll do

• Prepare and teach developmentally appropriate lessons
• manage classroom structure and discipline
• support children’s educational goals and developmental milestones
• collaborate with the Center Director and educators
• work with the Center Director on behavioral or learning challenges and Extra Need plans
• share daily activity information with families through BrightWheel
• communicate with parents and staff
• follow DCF and center policies
• attend continuing education, staff meetings, center events, and parent-teacher meetings.
