What you'll do

• Greet clients, manage lobby environment, and guide check-in/rooming process.
• Serve as a linguistic bridge for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Manage high-volume phone, text, and email communications.
• Present medical plans, review surgical fees, and process payments.
• Coordinate checkout and forward-booked appointments.
• Maintain electronic medical charts and reception area standards.
