Lifecycle Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and customer journeys
• define contact strategy, segmentation, and personalization
• build automated journeys and campaigns in Marketo
• coordinate email, in-product, web, and paid retargeting communications
• partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success on messaging and content
• perform campaign quality assurance
• maintain database health and privacy compliance
• report performance, run tests, analyze cohorts, and improve programs.
