What you'll do

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains
• track milestones and manage schedule risks
• ensure project governance and best practices
• prepare status reports
• monitor multiple construction projects and design standards
• coordinate suppliers and project information
• forecast milestones
• manage local design teams
• provide technical support and respond to field RFIs
• advise on cost control, value engineering, and constructability
• review reports, submittals, timelines, and costs
• support client relationships and project process improvement.
