Residential HVAC Installer

Job overview

The Residential HVAC Installer role is onsite, with applicants welcome for either Pomaria, SC, or Columbia, SC; compensation is $18–$30 per hour. Wilson’s Refrigeration & Air is expanding its installation team and serves homeowners in the Midlands. The installer completes residential HVAC installations safely and accurately, troubleshoots installation issues, and maintains clean job sites. The role also supports less experienced installers and contributes to customer satisfaction and workmanship standards.

What you'll do

• Install residential HVAC systems to company quality standards
• complete installations safely, efficiently, and accurately
• communicate with homeowners and team members
• troubleshoot installation issues
• maintain clean and organized job sites
• mentor and support entry-level installers. Requires 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, a valid driver’s license with insurable record, and NATE certification or ability to obtain it within one year.
