What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Arise Energy platform and energy industry fundamentals.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers through lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and industry networking.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers while tracking opportunities outside current platform parameters.
• Guide prospective customers through the digital customer journey from account setup through contract execution.
• Respond to and resolve prospective customer inquiries and concerns through chat, email, and phone channels.
• Collaborate with leadership, the digital product team, and marketing to identify opportunities to improve the digital customer experience.
