Project Executive — Commercial Construction

The Project Executive — Commercial Construction role is onsite in Richmond, VA. Pay is $120,000–$150,000 per year. Atlantic Constructors has served the Mid-Atlantic region for more than 50 years. The Mechanical Project Executive provides overall direction for multiple commercial HVAC or plumbing projects and develops client business opportunities. The role coordinates teams and project resources to deliver work on schedule and within budget while managing financial performance and client relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage two or more projects
• plan and staff key field positions
• establish project objectives and performance standards
• develop staff
• maintain client, architect, and engineer relationships
• monitor construction schedule and budget
• manage contract financials
• coordinate internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• develop construction plans and forecasts
• manage scope changes and recovery plans
• distribute final documentation.
