What you'll do

• Develop and execute program plans, recruitment, curriculum, engagement, and retention strategies
• manage attendance, enrollment, and revenue goals
• design learning journeys and session content
• recruit and prepare speakers and facilitators
• plan and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions
• coordinate events and communications
• maintain participant and program records
• evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements
• collaborate on budgets, sponsorships, and forecasts
• manage assigned team members.
