What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen equipment
• operate dishwashing machinery safely
• remove food waste
• maintain dishwashing and storage areas
• handle cleaning chemicals properly
• empty trash and recycling
• sweep and mop floors
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• support cleaning projects
• follow opening and closing procedures
• report equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, and sanitation concerns
• follow food-safety and health regulations.
