What you'll do

• portion and serve meals at specified times
• follow safety, sanitation, cleaning, and storage procedures
• label and date stored food
• handle food to prevent contamination and reduce waste
• clean kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
• respond to dining-room concerns
• suggest menu or recipe changes to use leftovers and supplies.
