What you'll do

• Oversee corporate and hotel-level accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close
• prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports
• maintain consistent accounting practices, policies, and controls
• manage cash flow reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• coordinate audits and tax preparation
• support financing, acquisitions, capital projects, and development
• lead and develop the accounting team
• improve workflows, systems, and reporting.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including team leadership. CPA designation and hospitality or hotel experience are preferred.
