The Program Manager, SMT/PCBA Manufacturing role is onsite in Sturtevant, WI. The stated salary range is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The position supports FII USA’s customer and internal programs in SMT/PCBA manufacturing operations. The role exists to coordinate complex programs from initiation through delivery, aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations around customer and business objectives. It manages schedules, costs, risks, communication, and program execution, including new product introductions and production ramp-up.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end customer and internal manufacturing programs
• serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams
• develop program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• coordinate Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
• monitor scope, cost, timelines, and risks
• report KPIs
• support NPI build readiness, pilot runs, and production ramp-up
• facilitate program reviews
• manage change requests and documentation
• support process compliance and continuous improvement
• contribute to contract review, quoting inputs, and capacity planning.
