What you'll do

• Keep the service drive clear and park customer vehicles
• hang keys in the designated area
• clean the service drive when needed
• pick up vehicles scheduled for service and return them after service
• communicate service information and recommendations
• maintain pickup and delivery records, including mileage and customer feedback
• report vehicle safety or maintenance issues
• coordinate with the service team.
