Weekend Part-Time Youth Development Specialist

The Youth Development Specialist role is onsite at Abraxas Youth Center or the Leadership Development Program in South Mountain, PA. What you'll do

• Supervise clients during daily activities
• conduct headcounts, room checks, and client movement
• observe and respond to behavior
• process intakes
• facilitate and document groups
• administer or supervise medication when necessary
• implement emergency procedures and Safe Crisis Management techniques.
