What you'll do

• Lead financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash projections, and KPIs
• oversee finance and accounting
• direct revenue-cycle performance
• analyze payer reimbursement and funding programs
• advise on long-range planning and new programs
• manage banking relationships and financial forecasting
• oversee investments, grants, compliance, and audits
• advise the CEO, Board, and Finance Committee
• support clinic expansion and the organization’s mission.
