The Sales Representative, Foodservice Equipment role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 OTE, consisting of base salary plus bonus. Culinary Depot’s internal team supports estimating, bids, documentation, project coordination, customer service, and operations. This role grows sales to public-sector customers by building relationships, developing territory opportunities, assessing customer needs, and recommending commercial kitchen equipment solutions. The representative also coordinates with internal teams to support successful project execution.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain public-sector customer relationships
• develop territory opportunities through visits, networking, outreach, referrals, and territory management
• assess customer needs and coordinate installations
• recommend commercial kitchen equipment
• identify opportunities early and help guide specifications before bidding
• maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
• partner with internal teams
• travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
