What you'll do

• Document in electronic medical record systems
• request external medical records and prepare patient charts
• take and document vital signs
• complete review-of-systems and intake documentation
• prepare patients for physician care
• provide basic first aid
• perform venipunctures, non-intravenous injections, and basic laboratory procedures
• observe and report patient signs or symptoms
• chaperone examinations as needed
• assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• administer certain medications as directed by a physician
• drive between assigned clinic locations as needed, with mileage reimbursed.
