What you'll do

• Supervise pharmacy staff and daily operations
• ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• support staff training and onboarding
• implement and monitor policies and procedures
• develop staffing schedules
• evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and administration
• oversee medication preparation, dispensing, and labeling
• communicate with facility staff and physicians
• maintain customer and controlled-drug records
• perform on-call duties when required.
