What you'll do

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
• cook menu items with kitchen staff
• follow executive or sous chef instructions
• clean the station and handle leftover food
• maintain inventory
• help ensure food is served simultaneously, at high quality, and on time.
