What you'll do

• Plan, develop, and manage program implementation
• supervise and delegate to program staff
• implement curriculum and programming across the organization's five Core Program Areas
• provide individual and group instruction
• maintain discipline and enforce Club rules
• refer youth to appropriate agencies when needed
• orient volunteers
• facilitate weekly staff meetings
• and solicit input for program improvement.
