The Assistant Superintendent — Residential Building role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $26 to $30 per hour. Paths develops, builds, and operates affordable housing, with a portfolio of more than 16,000 units across 13 states. Working under the Superintendent, the assistant supports safe and economical maintenance of the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment. The role handles repairs, inspections, work orders, and emergency needs to support residents and property operations.

What you'll do

• Perform repairs and adjustments including carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, and wall demolition
• inspect and maintain building equipment and boilers
• clean public spaces
• maintain appliances, equipment, and supply inventory
• handle urgent apartment work orders
• conduct common-area and unit inspections
• respond to work orders and building emergencies in shared responsibility with the Superintendent.
