What you'll do

• Support day-to-day oversight and execution of revenue accounting
• coordinate with internal departments and payment processors
• respond to transaction inquiries
• monitor credit card activity across merchant IDs
• record and reconcile card and gift card transactions
• research variances and chargebacks
• manage internal cash banks and deposits
• audit sales reports and cash drops
• conduct cash-bank audits when required
• review refund check requests
• assist with external auditor requests and compliance documentation.
