Maintenance Technician, Third Shift

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions and install or relocate equipment
• assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems
• maintain buildings and fixtures
• conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• update supervisors on work orders and projects
• respond to unplanned requests
• follow safety and environmental procedures
• track tasks and asset performance in CMMS software
• perform minor air-conditioning repairs
• coordinate with suppliers and attend training.
