Direct Counsel is recruiting for a national law firm’s growing Real Estate practice in Orange County. The attorney handles commercial real estate transactions and advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, and private equity matters. The role manages matters independently or takes responsibility for portions of larger transactions while collaborating with clients, partners, and other attorneys.

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
