Customer Service Lead

The Customer Service Lead role is onsite in North Richland Hills, TX, and compensation starts at $15–$18 per hour depending on experience. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports Feel Great Express Car Wash's customer and team experience. The lead welcomes customers, explains wash options, helps manage memberships, and keeps vehicles moving safely through the wash tunnel. The role also maintains a clean site, answers questions, and completes opening and closing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and explain wash options
• process vehicles safely through the wash tunnel
• support Unlimited Wash Club memberships and troubleshoot issues
• load vehicles properly and check readiness
• maintain a clean, organized site
• complete general cleaning and maintenance during opening and closing
• answer customer questions.
