Linen Technician

The Linen Technician role is onsite at Truman Hospital in Kansas City, MO. Pay is $17 per hour. ImageFIRST provides linen rental and laundry services to healthcare facilities, including linen, patient gowns, and scrubs, and manages client linen inventory. The technician delivers clean linen carts to hospital floors, maintains inventory at required levels, and records linen counts for billing and accountability. The role coordinates with hospital staff and ImageFIRST colleagues to keep supplies available and inventory areas orderly.

What you'll do

• Manage linen inventory levels in hospital departments
• exchange carts and count linen, replenishing carts to par levels
• load and distribute floor carts, complete checklists, and record inventory data
• communicate professionally with hospital staff
• maintain the cleanliness and order of the inventory room
• respond to routine duties and special linen calls
• report insufficient supplies to the Service Manager and coordinate with drivers and account representatives. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
