Material Handler — 1st or 2nd Shift

The Material Handler role is onsite in Lebanon, OH. Compensation is not specified. Welch Packaging Group lists first-shift hours of Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., and second-shift hours of Monday–Friday, 2–10 p.m.; off-shift differential is available. This role moves and tracks materials and finished products to keep warehouse and production operations supplied and organized. It supports safe, efficient plant operations through forklift work, inventory handling, inspections, and shift communication.

What you'll do

• Operate forklift equipment
• receive, unload, load, tag, and store materials
• keep warehouse and dock areas organized
• supply converting equipment lines
• inspect incoming and outgoing products and document defects
• inventory and organize finished products
• complete forklift inspections and assigned documentation
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• communicate relevant information to the next shift.
