This role exists to use evidence-based ABA practices to improve the lives of children and families. It contributes to the organization's goals by conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing clinical supervision to team members.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), design and implement ABA treatment programs, supervise RBTs, monitor client progress, and provide training to families and caregivers.
