What you'll do

• Develop and lead a retail media measurement center of excellence
• define strategic priorities and roadmap
• oversee measurement products, including cleanroom offerings and an advanced insights platform
• work with sales and clients to define reporting needs
• manage analysts
• lead end-to-end performance measurement, including statistical and machine-learning models and analysis
• collaborate with media planning, operations, data science, monetization, audience, IT, and product teams
• report progress to senior leadership.
